Regional Equality in Music (REM)

The Regional Equality in Music (REM) Project was commissioned by The School of Sound Recording in 2005. It identified barriers to women’s progression within the areas of sound engineering and DJing and offered recommendations for combating gender inequality. The WISEAMP project was informed by the REM research paper, and was devised using some of the paper's recommendations.
